First Level Support: the first contact point for all incoming service requests, and if a solution cannot be found quickly for most problems, it is escalated for assistance from second level support.
Second Level Support: comprised of system engineers and database administrators assists the first level support during active problem resolution and through the documentation of newly elaborated solutions.
Third Level Support: is composed of the most senior level Engineers, Architects, Chemists, Developers, and Specialists in IT. Our software developers are the highest level of escalation within support.
